Sharon Yvonne Stone, born March 10, 1958 in Meadville (Pennsylvania) She is the daughter of Dorothy Lawson, a former factory worker, as well as Joseph William Stone, a tool and die maker. Michael, Kelly and Patrick, are three of her siblings. Stone was regarded as exceptionally gifted in her academics when she entered two grades when she was five. She graduated from Saegertown High School, located in Saegertown, Pennsylvania, in 1975. In 1975, the Miss Pennsylvania beauty competition saw Stone win Miss Crawford County. Stone as well as her aunt relocated out of New Jersey to New Jersey to start a modelling career in 1977. They joined The Ford Modeling Agency after a short period of time. The next step was Europe where she spent one year within Milan, Paris and other cities. However, Stone became disillusioned with the modeling scene within Europe which led her to go into acting while living there. Woody Allen's film, "Stardust Memories", got mixed praise at the age of 20.
